No. You can set up your yard and start your 6-week trial immediately without providing payment information.
If we are unable to process your monthly payment, we reserve the right to suspend account access immediately. Access will be restored as soon as your outstanding balance is settled.
Your billing cycle starts on the day your free trial ends and then runs per calendar month.
Because the system tracks individual horse profiles, any horse active during the billing cycle is counted. For example, if you start with 10 horses, remove 2, and add 2 new ones, you will be billed for 12 individual horses (the 10 originals plus the 2 new additions).
Your subscription is paid a month in advance.

Your first payment is due on the last day of your trial. This date becomes your permanent monthly billing date and covers the month ahead based on the number of horses currently in your system.

Going forward, you will be billed on that same date each month. The price is calculated using the highest number of unique individual horses that were active on your account at any point during the previous billing month.
We offer a 6-week free trial for the full PRO system so you can experience a complete billing cycle. Arena bookings and the “Solo” version are free to use.
