There’s been a lot of chatter online about expectations and potential surprises regarding livery services on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. So, much like a spaniel jumping into a freshly made bed, let’s dive right in!

Opinions are varied, from “I’ve been asked to pay double for these two days, and I didn’t plan for it” to “We offer livery year-round and compensate our grooms more for working these particular days.” Additionally, some contracts specify that extra services can’t be booked on these specific holidays . . .
