We’re excited to introduce a powerful tool in our horse yard management system – Online Arena Booking.

With this feature, you can now easily open specific arena time slots to external clients, allowing them to book and pay instantly through the LIVERYLive website. This helps you maximize arena usage and generate new revenue.

How it works:

• Simply set up your Stripe payment system to enable secure online payments.
• Configure your arenas to be available for external bookings.
• Define your time slots, which can be different for internal vs. external clients.
• Set your prices and the number of bookings allowed per slot (capacity).
• Personalise your booking page with your logo, Terms and Conditions, and rules.
• Once configured, your arena is ready to be found and booked by external customers via the LIVERYLive website.

This new option makes it easier to generate revenue from external clients, streamline scheduling, and keep your stable management running smoothly.
