We’re excited to introduce a powerful new tool in our horse yard management system – Pay Ahead on Booking Services.
With this feature, you can now require certain services to be pre-paid at the time of booking by horse owners, helping you keep cash flow steady and avoid chasing down overdue balances.
How it works:
Simply connect your Stripe account to enable secure online payments.
When a service is booked, payment is taken instantly and the task is added directly to your to-do list.
Once the service is completed, it automatically appears on the owner’s bill with the corresponding credit applied.
If the task is not completed and is removed, the system will automatically add a credit back.
This new option makes it easier to streamline payments, reduce large outstanding bills, and keep your stable management running smoothly.
