I have been using LiveryLive since 2023. I wanted better organisation because I felt a little out of control of my own business. I wasn’t invoicing things that I should have been, I needed better structure.
What was your yard’s biggest challenge?
Invoices weren’t up to date and keeping track of all the horses records was very time consuming. I struggled to find time for admin. The app makes it so much quicker.

The invoice system has been a game changer! I have seen a 20% increase in income per year since I started. Before, it was very easy to forget what I was doing on the yard, if I rode a horse at the start of the month, it was very easy to forget this by the end of the month.

You will be surprised how much structure it will bring to your yard, even if you’re a small yard. You can increase profits by charging correctly for all the ‘can you just extra services’ that you say yes to but don’t end up on the bill.
